Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all orders where available.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (for damaged goods). We will replace or refund your order promptly.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can either reship it (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price (excluding any shipping costs).
